This is an elegant sparkling made from whole-bunch, hand-picked grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation in tank for 6 months with partial malolactic fermentation, followed by 24 months on lees prior to disgorgement.

An expressive palate of red berries and pink grapefruit, with a lingering scent of watermelon, lime zest and strawberries.
