Why not enjoy a three course meal served by your personal chef? 

This is a chance to enjoy delicious freshly cooked food prepared and served by your own personal chef. As we do not have a restaurant on site, all of the delicious dinners are freshly prepared to order (a pre-order of at least 48hrs is essential) and the menu changes seasonally.

Starters:

Ham hock & wholegrain mustard terrine with Old Luxters Barn Ale Chutney and warm granary toast.

A whole oven-baked rosemary & garlic marinated camembert with a blood orange and red onion marmalade served with warm crusty bread

(serves 2, great for sharing).

Mains:

A shin of beef wrapped in smokey streaky bacon and served with roasted rosemary & garlic baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus.

Mediterranean tart, resting on a bed of mixed leaf salad & drizzled with a home-made rocket pesto.

Cornish catch of the day served with a king prawn & lobster sauce, minted potatoes & seasonal vegetables.

Puddings:

Sticky toffee pudding drizzled with a caramel sauce and served with vanilla pod ice cream.
