Ales

Our Bottle Conditioned Ales are unique we blend only English Malted Barleys. We then add Fuggles & Goldings hops. After that we use only hot liquor, yeast and nothing else in the brewery. Secondary fermentation takes place in the individual bottle that you buy, just like the Champagne process.
