This is a very light red wine although has delightful smooth flavours.
The grapes themselves are 60% destemmed & fermented with yeast for 10days, its then matured for six months & oaked before unfiltered bottling.
Paired With: Sunday Roasts, Rich Seafood dishes such as Paella, Blue or Smoked Cheeses.
