Since our first grape harvest in 1984, we have produced an increasing range of fine, award-winning wines to delight the eye and excite the palate. The first bottles started rolling off the bottling line at Chiltern Valley's winery in the early 1980's. We use the very latest wine making techniques and equipment to combine a respect for tradition with minimum interference with the natural processes.
